Who we are

We are a law firm of mission-driven lawyers based across six continents. We have combined experience of advising on matters across more than 100 countries, including living in more than 30 as part of the U.S. foreign service and in other roles.

Our law firm was born out of adversity, refined by resilience, and focused on continuing to build a better world. When the U.S. Agency for International Development was eliminated, we joined forces to continue our commitment to advancing positive global impact. In addition to our government experience, we all worked in some of the biggest law firms in the world and as in-house counsel. Purpose and impact is at the heart of who we are and what we do. We believe in using the law as a powerful tool to serve the greater good.
